The Correspondents Chapel of Nigeria Union of Journalists NUJ, Zamfara State Council, has congratulated Senator Abdul'aziz Yari over the conferment of prestigious Traditional title of Marafan Sokoto by his Eminence, the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Muhammad Sa'ad Abubakar III CFR.
The felicitation is contained in a statement signed and issued by the Chairman of the chapel, Ishaq Zaki Tambuwal.
The Statement says Yari deserved the traditional title for being among the prominent Nigerians leaders who always served the common man.
"We believe Yari will continue with the cordial relationship established by the late Marafan Sakkwato, Alhaji Umaru Aliyu Shinkafi between Sultanate and people of Zamfara State.
“The Leadership of the Correspondents Chapel of Zamfara NUJ warmly congratulates Senator Abdul'aziz Yari.
